The exclusive, vibrant menu curated by Matt, together with Sous Chef Jacob Gough, highlights the finest ingredients and innovative combinations, and will appeal to food enthusiasts and dining connoisseurs, making Se7en the newest ‘go to’ foodie experience on the Island.

 

Global influences and the very best in South Coast ingredients are innovatively combined in a contemporary offering that provokes intrigue with Whipped Black Bomber, Hand Dived Scallop, Maple Bacon Ice Cream, Tobikko, Koji and finishing with Peruvian Dark Chocolate.

 

To further enhance your gastronomic evening, we are offering a wine flight of carefully considered and beautifully paired wines to compliment each dish specially curated by The Royal’s Front of House Manager, Stefan Dobre.

Se7en is open for intimate dining of up to 18 people on Friday and Saturday evenings, with sit-down times of 6.45pm, 7.00pm, 7.15pm, and 7.30pm available on each date.
